Artista visual uruguaya proveniente de un linaje europeo de desarraigos obligatorios donde el reciclar no era una cuestión de moda sino de supervivencia. El arte de Rostovsky está teñido e impulsado por su propio patrimonio cultural. Intenta dar forma a la intangibilidad de ciertas emociones por medio de materiales cargados de significado e historia, donde cada pieza es un tesoro que forma parte de un todo.
